Most frequent questions and answers
We process and despatch all orders within 12 hours. For example an order placed on Wednesday at 7am will be despatched the same day unless the order has been placed on a Weekend or a Bank Holiday.
We are currently only accepting & shipping orders to customers based in either the Republic of Ireland or the United Kingdom.
When you receive your order confirmation, tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to process. If you don’t see any updates after 24 hours, please reach out to us & we can investigate the issue further.
